Please note that most all facilities targeted for cleaning support have been addressed, and at this time we are not likely to engage in additional contracts. If you feel you still need such assistance, please complete the information below and we will reply.
At no cost, the City may provide a janitorial team for one-time cleaning of common areas of single-room occupancy (SRO) hotels (after a signed agreement is returned to the City by the building owner or manager). The service is typically 7 or 14 days of consecutive cleaning.
Common areas include:
- Community kitchens
- Community rooms
- Shared bathrooms
- Shared showers
- Shared laundry rooms
- Entryways
- Doorways
- Handrails and door handles
- Stairways
- Elevators
